Business and Personal Coaching

I offer both face-to-face meeting for those of you based in Yorkshire UK as well as online via Skype/Face Time.  Meeting face-to-face may involve meeting in a coffee shop or hotel bar somewhere convenient for us both.  Alternatively coaching online enables me to coach clients across different time zones but most importantly enables you to be coached in an environment where you feel as ease, be that at home or in the office.

 

A lot can be achieved in a single session but you will probably find the most benefit from at least five to six sessions to make the lasting progress that you deserve. 

 

I offer a number of packages around your investment in you and your desired goals.  My GOLD package offers 10 sessions over six months (or sooner) if you are really serious about making your desired change in your life.  This is the right package for you if you are looking to nail down your future state and identify the roadmap to get you there.  This requires your full commitment to being the best possible version of you.  The 85-year-old version of you will thank you for it!

 

Team Coaching

Research shows that individual performance is far more dependent on the team environment than had previously been thought.  Moreover, high individual performance by one or more people in a team doesn’t necessarily lead to high performance overall.  Team coaching has emerged in recent decades as a practical way to apply the principles of coaching to the team as a whole.  It enables the team to:

  • Gain greater clarity, coherence and consistency around the team’s priorities
  • Improve the collective understanding of how the team works and identify ways to improve these
  • Understand and value each individuals contribution at their best and what support they might need to perform at their best
  • Improve the management of task, process and relationship conflict
  • Reflect on their reputation within/outside of their organization and how they communicate internally and externally to their stakeholders
  • Increase their resilience to stress, pressure, change and setbacks
  • Develop the ability to co-coach each other

 

Team coaching is not always an appropriate intervention for a team but may be of benefit when;

  • A new team is being formed and its needs to quickly deliver
  • A key team is not working effectively as it could and the team leader and team members agree they want to do better
  • A long established team has lost its sparkle and wants to regain it
  • A top team wants to be a model for the rest of the organization

What team coaching can do in all these cases is to re-energise, refocus and create collective habits of success
